Bust health is the most important thing when it comes to your bust. The person who should and can take care of the health of your body and bust is yourself. After all, you know your body best, right? It is time to work towards your ideal healthy body. The best way to start taking care of your body and bust is to start at home! Here are 4 tips on how you can start doing that.
1. Watch what you put in your body!
Maintaining a healthy diet is important but that is not the only thing that you need to look out for. You are what you eat (& consume!). Excessive drinking and/or smoking may affect the health of your body and bust. It may increase your risk for breast cancer. If you are a high consumer, cutting them off completely may affect you negatively both mentally and emotionally but if you know that you can do it, then go for it! If you’re not able to do it, we suggest cutting them off gradually. Lessen the amount bit by bit till you’re completely off. Surround yourself with friends who will support your change because a good support system will make a huge difference to your progress.
2. Consistent exercise!
Is your favourite exercise no exercise at all? Well, that has got to change! If you’re someone who does not have a regular exercise routine, you better get cracking. Explore exercise options and find the one that suits you the most. Playing badminton, swimming, hiking, gym-ing, kick boxing, yoga, pilates, cycling, skipping, the list in endless. Who said exercising cannot be fun?
3. Maintain a healthy body weight!
If you follow through with the first 2 points, maintaining a healthy weight will come naturally. When we say maintaining a healthy body weight, we are not referring to the size of your pants or your body shape. We are referring to maintaining a healthy BMI range. If you’re not in the healthy range, change your daily habits to adjust accordingly.
4. Have fun doing it!
Don’t stress about doing all the above. Put in the intention to have a healthier body and bust for You. Set your mind to change for a healthier You. Do things that you enjoy while doing the things above. It is okay to try something and decide that you don’t like it afterwards. For example, you may want to try adding broccoli to your diet but decide that you don’t like it after trying it. It is okay! You can add another veggie that you like to your diet. Find alternatives to make this journey a happy and fun one!
Basically, if you’re taking good care of your body, your body (including your bust) will thank you for it. Of course, there are other points that may affect your health such as hormones, genes, etc. But that should not stop you from doing the things you can control. Stay strong ladies. You can do it!
